How Does the Healing Program Work?
The Healing Program is a mindfulness-based video program that unfolds across eight sequential modules.
Each module consists of several short video lessons that you can pause, repeat, and work through at your own pace at any time.
Throughout the modules, you develop a clear understanding of what is happening in your body, why your system may feel stuck in a state of chronic overload, and how healing can fundamentally become possible.
After each module, there is at least one week of practice time. During this phase, you put what you have learned into practice, primarily through mindfulness exercises and meditations specifically designed to relieve and regulate your nervous system. This practice is not an add-on, but a central part of the program.
The Healing Program is intentionally structured so that understanding and application go hand in hand. Change does not arise from knowledge alone, but from regular practice in everyday life.
Overall, the program spans at least eight weeks. You are free to take more time at any point, pause, or revisit the content. The program is deliberately designed to adapt to your current level of capacity and energy.
