and customers (“participants”, “you”) regarding the purchase and use of digital content, in particular online video courses and related digital materials provided via the website.
Any conflicting terms of the customer shall not apply.
Swiss law shall apply exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
§ 2 Description of Services
Healing Space provides digital video courses and accompanying materials for educational and self-help purposes.
The content is intended solely for personal development and does not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment and does not replace professional diagnosis or treatment.
If you have medical or psychological concerns, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional.
§ 3 Requirements for Participation
Use of the content requires:
minimum age of 18 years
a stable internet connection
a compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
Use of the content is at your own responsibility.
§ 4 Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded once you complete the purchase process on the website and the payment has been successfully processed.
Access to the digital content is provided immediately after successful payment.
By completing the purchase, you accept these Terms.
§ 5 Prices and Payment
All prices correspond to the amounts displayed on the website and are stated in the indicated currency.
Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website.
Access to the content is granted only after successful payment.
§ 6 Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Digital content is provided immediately after purchase.
Healing Space voluntarily grants a refund period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
A refund may be granted if:
the request is made within 14 days, and
no abusive or extensive use of the content has occurred.
After this period, no refund is available.
By accessing the content, you acknowledge that digital content is made available immediately.
§ 7 License and Access
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content.
The content may be used solely for personal purposes.
In particular, you may not:
share your login credentials
copy, distribute, or publicly share the content
use the content for commercial purposes
Healing Space reserves the right to suspend access in case of misuse.
§ 8 Access Duration and Availability
Access duration corresponds to the option selected at purchase, for example:
time-limited access (e.g., 24 months), or
ongoing access for as long as the platform and content remain available.
Healing Space does not guarantee uninterrupted technical availability but aims to provide continuous access whenever possible.
Healing Space reserves the right to update or modify content.
§ 9 Technical Requirements
Use of the content requires a functioning internet connection and appropriate hardware and software.
Healing Space is not responsible for technical issues on the user’s side.
§ 10 Liability
Healing Space is fully liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct and for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
To the extent permitted by law, any further liability is excluded.
Use of the content is at your own responsibility.
§ 11 Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

The contract language is German and English.
